Tea-licous and its history
Tea-licious Cafe is the manifestation of nearly two decades of dreaming and planning. On February 14th, 2017 Tea-licious cafe officially opened, offering an extensive list of loose leaf teas, Ivonne wanted to create an atmosphere that felt cozy enough to bring your grandma to. Whether it be afternoon tea or a quick bite to eat Tea-licious pays attention to all the little details.
A little about Ivonne
Ivonne and her husband Joe met 19 years ago in Australia while surfing and traveling. They found themselves on the Big Island in 2006 where their son Strider was born in Waimea Hospital. As a family they still love to travel around the world and visit Ivonne’s family in Germany where she was born. Her Ohana extends beyond her husband and son. She has formed a close knit community through her homey cafe where she is visited by small business owners, workers, and travelers regularly. It is exactly that community who shows their constant support and love which makes is all possible.
